I was just looking up for some soothing songs from youtube and I stumbled on Nina's version of Somewhere Down the Road. The song was originally sang by Barry Manilow. Nina is the soul siren of the Philippines.
Had to post the song here so you know what I mean by soothing. She does have a great voice control. And she sang with only acoustics as accompaniment. I wonder what the impact would be if it is also accompanied by
epiphone thunderbird bass. Ha! Would have been powerful.
Anyways, her singing with acoustics is good enough.
I am off to find more soothing music online. :P
