I have come across many ways in which some ways were harder than the others. Some ways were shorter than the other.
The want-to-see-quick-results in me sprang up. I wanted quick weight loss regime. So I started starving myself, eating certain types of food only. And so I tried all sorts of "dieting" until I started doing protein shakes diet. It was really good.
I coupled it with exercises and it worked for me. I have toned my abs a little. I even toned my chubby upper back a little.
Then I stopped. I wonder what got into me. I never exercised nor have protein diet anymore. Just like that.
And now, it's hard to get back to shape. Really. In fact, my weight has gone back to where I started 2 years ago. It's a pity and I know I should do something about it.
The problem is, I don't know where to start. Should I go back to Jillian Michaels 30-day shred? Or should I try the new hype Zumba dance exercise?
What about you? What type of exercise and diet routine have you been doing? Do they work for you?

4 and you speak, too:
Plan out your meals and see which diet plan works.
After the popularity of Dr. Atkins Diet high protien high fat eating plan, so came the copycats of the high protein diet, weight loss alternatives. Of course, every new introduction had its own twist which made it so much better than any high or low fat, high protein diet that came before it. But the fact of the matter is that they all work with regards to weighloss, but are they really safe?
Most people who go on a diet, any diet, be it a strict high protein weight loss program or some calorie counting plan, will eventually come off it too, usually because it's not happening fast enough. But the fact is that quick weight loss diets are not the safest, nor do they give the desired results as a diet that is done over a sensible duration of time. Patience and persistence is the key to a good healthy diet and exercise regime.
The most common mistake dieters do is starving themselves and skipping meals especially breakfast.
