OSIM uWalk.
It is a feature-packed pedometer that uses 3D motion sensor technology to measure your step count, distance, exercise time, average speed, calories and fat burned.
Experts recommend that walking 10,000 steps in a day will burn 500 calories, and doing that five days a week will burn 3,500 calories – enough to lose 500g (1lb) of body fat. (Source: National Health Service, UK )
And so, uWalk is used to measure your step count.
Sad to say, I never used this wonderful pedometer as I haven't included walking in my daily routine yet.
I got two of this from the previous event I went to.
The actual price for this is RM120 (around $40).
I might give away one.

I'll keep an eye to your give away!
If you eventually decide to give one away...look no further than me cos I have been trying to incorporate the 10,000 steps a day thing but its difficult to keep count
Keep posting stuff like this i really like it
