
I am, once again, doing my menu planning for this week. No, I actually want to do menu planning for two weeks. I have done my grocery shopping for half a month. And you know what's in my cart? Vegetables. Yes, lots of them! Ha!
This week onwards, I have to cook more though. I really don't mind. In fact, I am excited. I don't know what lies ahead. But I want to give it a try.
So I start everything with a menu planning to ease my mind. I guess when you have menu on your plate, things are going to be easier. You don't need to worry what to cook everyday.
And so, what's on my list tomorrow?
For breakfast: egg omelet, celery sticks and coffee.
For lunch: fried fish, eggplant salad
For dinner: beef steak (medium rare) plus steamed broccoli and steamed cauliflower.
I have string cheese to snack on in between.
Hmmmm... thinking of my food makes me want to make today a tomorrow already. LOL.
