I do need a
fat burner. Sigh. If you can remember, I did a South Beach diet last month. It worked wonders on me. I lost 2 kgs in 10 days. Then there went the travel. We went to Thailand with my husband for his work then for holidays later. When you're in Thailand, who can't resist their crab fried rice? phad thai? kanom jin? mango and sticky rice? My diet went off the window!
And so now, at the start of the year, I have gained the 2 kgs I lost.
I was going to start again yesterday... but (we all give different excuses but all an excuse regardless) the famous visitor came. And women, yes, all of us women, has to host that visitor once a month. And so now, I am just waiting for a couple more days and I will start my diet. I hope.
