Shredding while on Holiday

'Alright... this is really my first time to show my photos while exercising. Hubby took some photos of me doing the 30-day Shred by Jillian Michaels. We were in Penang for 3 days and I didn't wanna miss my daily workout so I took the video with me. I forgot my sports shoes but oh well...

I am doing the level 2 here. I'm actually on my 3rd week. It's pretty obvious I do the beginners level. Level 2 is so intense... much more intense compared to level 1. I think I'm gonna have to stick to Level 2 for another week.

My progress is a bit slow. Hmmm... not really sure coz I didn't do my body measurement before I started. You think I should read quicktrim reviews instead so I would know quick way to lose weight? Or just stick to the hard way?

Hmmm... I think for now it's sticking to the hard way.

wooohh!! Way to go Jan!! you look so serious.. but it's really a serious work out that even smiling a little bit would add the pain and intensity of the work out! LOL!
