Playing sports is one of the most pleasurable way of burning fats next to laughing. Not only would it help people lose weight but it also tones the muscle, promotes camaraderie and sportsmanship and also improves the agility, speed and other abilities of people. One does not have to play very intense sports like football, basketball, muay thai, or boxing to achieve these things. There are less severe sports like frisbee, netball, badminton, futsal, or volleyball that could help people to develop personal and interpersonal skills. Most of the sports listed are team sports because this helps in a human being’s self-esteem, confidence, teamwork and cooperativeness. People learn more about certain sports if they want to compete in contests. But playing friendly games with other people is more than enough to build these skills and improve one’s well-being.
