There are many things I learned from Jillian Michaels in terms of doing the workouts the proper way. When doing crunches, you actually need to look at the ceiling all the time to prevent your head from pushing downwards, towards the direction of your body. Looking at the ceiling while doing crunches can actually strengthen your neck.

There are many ways to prevent injuries during a workout. We really need to learn the basics in order to prevent hurting ourselves that might end up us using the disability insurance. I am glad that while Jillian Michaels introduces workouts, she gives advice on what and what not to do for safe exercising. Hats off, JM!
