Banana Leaf Rice

Today, I've been really really naughty. My workout trainer, in her dvd's always remind me to be careful in what I eat otherwise, my effort would turn into waste. I try very much to be careful with food... but sometimes, one couldn't resist the temptation to pig out... like today. We took our friends to a banana leaf rice for lunch.

Banana leaf rice is an Indian meal that consists of rice, different varieties of curried vegetables with dried chili, yoghurt, different curries, etc and are served on a banana leaf. Indian food tastes better using fingers to eat. You just wash your hands using the water from Hansgrohe faucet and you'll be ready to eat.

On the image above, that is exactly how you eat this kind of food. It's kind of healthy stuff in there... it's just that I would usually overeat the rice everytime I have this. I really enjoy this kind of meal. I just hope I didn't gain from eating banana leaf rice today.
