Pop Pilates.

This is one of those pilates exercises that can sculpt your body. And if you have a specific area you're targeting, just choose that kind of pilates exercise.
This video from youtube is a Pop Pilates to slim down the body. It's so hard. So intense. The first time I did it, I sprained my shoulder... not even 5 minutes of doing it. But I tried again last night and kind of finished the full 10 minutes. Of course, it's not perfect yet. I have to bend my knees because somehow, I still couldn't do it with my legs straight.
And so... the weight loss challenge is on....
My Update?
Nothing much.
I took another break last week. So now, I am stuck at 7kgs and 4 cms loss.

Holy crap. I run a few miles usually four times a week and consider myself fit enough, but here I am, surfing the internet late at night and happen upon your blog by chance. My husband's asleep in the other room, so I figure, sure, I can try this out on the living room floor and no one will be there to see and make fun of me. Ouch. This stuff is hard. And she makes it look so easy! But thanks for turning me on to YouTube pilates. I'm going to have to try again. Maybe it won't hurt as much the next time!
Janet! Wow I ran across this and was so delighted. I am so happy to hear that you are doing Pop Pilates at home - very proud of you. Keep up the hard work and sorry to hear about the sprained shoulder. If it doesn't feel right, then stop or modify. Don't push yourself so hard to the point that it is injuring you!
