But I had McDonald's for lunch. :( Ugh! There went my diet. I had two fried chicken and large french fries and a large coke. Another Ugh!
But as determined as I was to do the Hip Hop Abs everyday for two weeks, I did it.
And I had oats for dinner. Errrr... with sugar though. Sigh.
But the best of all, my husband is with me. I have a convert.
Yay!
Oh no, he doesn't do hip hop abs. He runs at the park and at the gym, and eat oats with me. That's what I meant.
That's a yay, right?

Anyways, it's good that your Hubby is also encouraged to run.. but it would have been better if you do Hip hop abs together no? LOL!! dili ko ka imagine!..hehehe!
hahahaha Love... he actually tried. but he gave up as soon as he started. LOL. i cannot imagine him doing hip hop abs with me.
the before and after... lagi uy, wala man ko picture sa before... ug i can probably post an after picture after a few months pa.
but i really did lose Laine. and I can see the improvement on my abs.
