Ellipticals and Sauna

I took a break from doing Hip Hop Abs after day 6. I hosted a steamboat dinner at day 7. I thought if I was going to host a dinner, it should be healthy too. No oil. Just boil everything and voila! we had a great dinner.

On the 7th day, I went to the club. I decided to run on the treadmill with the husband. I did sauna too. It was sooo refreshing.

But I didn't do Hip Hop Abs...

and for a fews days, I didn't.

This morning was our sked to go back to the club. I felt too lazy I didn't pack our things. Hubby sensed it... so he packed our things instead. He said if we don't do it because we're too lazy to do it, there's a risk of not doing it anymore. And the effort would be a waste.

And so I dragged myself today. I'm glad I did coz the moment I hit the treadmill, I didn't feel like stopping. But since we went there late, I only had 20 minutes to do it.

I hope to do HHA again this afternoon.

This is my 10th day, right? If I remember correctly, I started doing my HHA on the 21st of April.

So what's the update with the bikini body challenge?

Hmmm... nothing much. Still cannot wear bikini.

Except that I am happy that I have toned my abs a bit... it's not enough to really brag about. Hehehe. I didn't buy tape measure by the way, so I dun know how much I lost inch wise.

The good news though is that I am now 6 kgs away from my ideal weight. It was 8 when I started. *clapping hands*

I hope to continue doing this even after my island escapade with my sister. It's good to be fit and healthy. It's a hard way... but it's worth the effort.

3 and you speak, too:

:) your post made me smile and miss you. You are almost inspiring me to do Hip Hop Abs. Almost. I have a wedding dress (bridesmaid :) to fit into in 3 weeks and I'm thinking my Thai inspired diet of rice and stirfries could use a little assistance. Rooting for you in my corner. By the way, what is a steamboat dinner? :) L.

Hi LaRonda, thanks for encouraging. I miss you too. :(

Steamboat dinner is having a cooking pot on the table and you cook your food on your own, at the table. you can serve meatballs, seafood, vegetables, etc. I think you have that in Thailand too.

Lits, yeah... let's do it!!! :D :D :D
