Yep. I have started doing my diet again. After two months of taking a break. We're actually going to Thailand soon and I thought I would just slim down a bit coz I'm planning to do a food trip while there. I miss Thai food so much. I miss going to Sizzler's in Hatyai, too. I'll probably splurge on their eat-all-you-can salad bar.
I have started with my diet a few days ago. This time was quite more difficult than the last time I did it. I guess because I was already on a diet (Mayo Clinic Diet) when I started with USANA. So it wasn't that hard to cope. This time, I straight away did the reset, right after feasting on left over foods.
Anyways... I am feeling good now. Although I couldn't cut off my coffee intake for the last two days. I was having a terrible headache and thought half of coffee won't hurt that bad. But today, I'll try not to drink a cuppa. If I can. Let's see.

You can do it. Snack on low glycaemic index foods which you stock up. I used cucumber and sengkuang.... love em and sooo helpful! I also mixed a spoonful of fibergy into my nutrimeal. That helped =)

thanks! i had finally given up on coffee on the 4th day. hehehe. anyways... i think it's different this time. i've been really so hungry. even on 5th day, all i could think of is food. LOL.
