Mayo Clinic Diet - Day 3

Missed journaling my third day of Mayo Clinic Diet last night. Didn't have much to tell except that I felt a lot better. I had coffee with 2 teaspoons in the morning after I woke up, prepared our breakfast, put the chicken in the oven to roast for our lunch, prepared kids' snacks in school coz I only get to leave the school at around 1:oopm.

Our meals were basically the same as our first and second day of diet.

Weighed myself. 1 kg down. Is that cool or is that cool?
